Superstar DJ Tiesto demands “No Glowsticks” for his gig in Atlantic City

Globe-trotting Dj and dance music producer Tiesto (Tijs Verwest) was recently quoted in a phone interview demanding that there be “No Glowsticks” for his gig at the Borgota Events Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

“I don’t like them,”Tiesto states in a phone interview that was conducted with him while he was in Portugal.

“It brings the wrong vibe to the party. Too much drugs. I drink a little bit, but the scene needs to clean up, so skip those damn glow sticks. They look horrible,and they’re too rave-y.”

Update: Reports from the event claim that glowsticks were in fact confiscated by event security during the show at the Borgota Events Center, at the request of Tiesto.
